Capital Improvement Plan

The Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) serves as a guideline when we work on the budget for each fiscal year.  It guides the Town Council on what projects need to be completed and what are considered  priorities.  The priority list can change as funds become available for a project.  The CIP serves as a guide only.

The 2019 Capital Improvement Plan that was adopted in November 2019, and is attached for anyone's review.  The priority list is updated on an annual basis.
